The Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA) is pleased to sponsor the FSPCA Food Traceability Rule (FTR) Training for the Food Industry, a standardized curriculum developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA).

This interactive two-day course provides participants with a practical understanding of FDA's Food Traceability Rule (21 CFR Part 1, Subpart S), including traceability recordkeeping requirements for foods listed on the Food Traceability List (FTL). Participants will learn how traceability information is captured and maintained throughout the supply chain, understand Critical Tracking Events (CTEs) and Key Data Elements (KDEs), and gain practical knowledge for developing and implementing a Traceability Plan.
