Committee charge - Review the CASA Constitution and By-Laws to recommend any needed or suggested changes made up to January 1, 2008 and present changes at the December Executive Board meeting.  Prepare a draft of the update, if necessary, for the February 1, 2008 Executive Board meeting and have a final draft prepared for the Annual Conference.
